A WORLD-WIDE ORGANIZATION IN YOUR BACKYARD
The Geneva Girl Scouts are a group of all-volunteer leaders, co-leaders and other helpers and the over 100 English-speaking girls who join Girl Scout troops in the Geneva area each year.
The Geneva Girl Scouts are members of Girl Scouts of the USA. The books, badges and procedures used in Geneva correspond to those used in the United States. Any English-speaking girl who is interested in Scouting in the 2021-22 school year is most welcome to join a troop at her age level, even if she has never been in Guides or Scouts before. If you are interested in learning more, or if you aren’t sure which troop might be most suitable for your daughter, please contact us.
Why Girl Scouts ?
The Girl Scout movement is dedicated to helping girls aged 5 to 17 learn to be strong, independent, responsible, active and creative. While having fun, Girl Scouts learn leadership skills and values which will serve them well their entire life.

Our Girl Scout Leadership Experience is a one-of-a-kind leadership development program for girls, with proven results. It is based on time-tested methods and research-backed programming that help girls take the lead—in their own lives and in the world.
Research shows that girls learn best in an all-girl, girl-led, and girl-friendly environment. Girl Scouts is a place where she’ll practice different skills, explore her potential, take on leadership positions—and even feel allowed to fail, dust herself off, get up, and try again.
